No. 1-10-24.10C(1) / DWI Budget / Additional funding from the State of NMDWI Grant Program / $120,808.00 (2) No. 1-10-24.10C(2) / Economic Development / State of NM awarded Geobrugg North American LEDA funding-Sandoval County will be their fiscal agent. Akins revenue account is established to book loan re-pmts. / $500,000 / $200,000 (3) No. 1-10-24.10C (3) / Road Project Fund / NM Dept of Transportation has awarded funding for Hidden Valley Bridge / $1,238,725.19
12.A. Request for a Motion to Approve and Adopt the Open Meetings Act Resolution No. 1-10-24.12A.
12.B. Request for a Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 1-10-24.12B supplementing Ordinance No. 11-08-23.10E, which authorized the execution of a loan agreement with the New Mexico Finance Authority for various County capital projects, to establish the final principal amount of the loan, the net effective interest rate, and other matters with respect to the loan.
12.C. Request for a Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 1-10-24.12C supplementing Ordinance No. 11-08-23.10D, which authorized the execution of a loan agreement with the New Mexico Finance Authority for the financing of equipment for the County's landfill, to establish the final principal amount of the loan, the net effective interest rate, and other matters with respect to the loan.
12.D. Request for a Motion to Approve Resolution 1-10-24.12D for CYFD FY24 Authorizing Sandoval County to submit an application to the Department of Children Youth and Families to participate in the FY2024 Grant Distribution.
13.A. Request for a Motion to Approve the MOU between Sandoval County and the City of Rio Rancho to formally transfer Heavy Technical Rescue equipment, procured through a homeland security grant for use by the Regional Heavy Tech Rescue Team, to the city.
