PUBLIC HEARINGS - Anyone wishing to speak on any hearing item must be sworn in prior to giving testimony. The Planning Commission reserves the right to limit the time for individual testimony based on the number of persons wishing to speak. A. CU-18-001 Request by Daniel Vigil, agent for Christiane Couvert for a Conditional Use Permit in the CD-WP (West Placitas Community District) Zone within a site of approximately 0.83 acre, located at 1 Acoma Trail, Placitas NM, Lot 33, block 407, Anasazi Trails Subdivision, Section 34, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, NMPM, Sandoval County NM. The purpose of the request is to establish appropriate zoning for a Bed and Breakfast use on the subject property.
STAFF REPORT - At the discretion of the Planning & Zoning Commission the Public may comment on the discussed items after the Staff has completed their report.
