PUBLIC HEARING-The Planning Commission reserves the right to limit the time for individual testimony based on the number of persons wishing to speak A. Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Revision, Section 10D.13 (Oil and Gas Exploration and Production) Issue(s) to be considered: 1. The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider an Ordinance as Amended at their Work Session on September 5, 2017 and take appropriate action regarding a recommendation of said Ordinance to the Board of County Commissioners.
