PUBLIC HEARING- Anyone wishing to speak on any hearing item must be sworn in prior to giving testimony. The Planning Commission reserves the right to limit the time for individual testimony based on the number of persons wishing to speak A. Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (CZO) Revision, Section 10d.13 (Oil & Gas Exploration & Production). Discussion of a motion to recommend that the Board of County Commissioners leave the current language as is in the CZO regarding oil and gas activities, and to direct staff to begin working on a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) related to the processing of oil and gas activity permits.
DISCUSSION ITEMS- These items are presented for discussion and recommendation. At the discretion of the Planning & Zoning Commission the public may comment on these items.
PUBLIC COMMENT- Anyone wishing to address the Commission must sign in prior to the Meeting Individual remarks are limited to three (3) minutes.
