Approval of the following Budget Resolutions: (1) No. 3-08-23.9B(1) / Qtr 2 Revenue Budget Adjustments / As required by Dept. of Fin and Admin and NM State Auditors office-all revenues received must be budgeted / $3,511,156.63 (2) No. 3-08-23.9B(2) / Detention Center / Funding to replace the camera system at the facility-Funds are coming from their cash reserve fund / $895,000.00 (3) No. 3-08-23.9B(3) / Sheriff's Office - Grant Account / Sheriff's office have received Congressionally Directed Spending funds FY22 COPS Technology and Equipment Program for the purchase of Lapel Cameras and Laptops / $866,000 (cameras)-$379,000 (laptops)
ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS Request for a Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 3-8-23.11A Certifying the 2023 Sandoval County Road Inventory.
Request for a Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 3-8-23.11B to declare the attached list of vehicles and equipment as surplus and authorize staff to auction such vehicles and equipment.
APPROVALS Request for a Motion to Approve Sandoval County Community Services Department to submit Application Cover Sheet for the FY24 Local DWI Program Distribution and Grant Funding.
Request for a Motion of Approval for Sandoval County Fire Department to apply for the FEMA SAFER Grant to hire three additional firefighter positions.
Request for a Motion to Approve Professional Agreement between Sandoval County and APIC Solutions, Inc in the amount of $894,453.89 for the design, removal of the current video surveillance system and installation of a new enterprise level video surveillance system.
