APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA
APPROVALS A. Request for a Motion to Approve Professional Service Agreement between Sandoval County and GM Emulsion for Ojo Encino Road (N474) Patches Project in the amount of $257,125.00 and to Authorize the County Manager to sign any subsequent amendments. Sandoval County will be utilizing the State Price Agreement with GM Emulsion for this project.
B. Request for a Motion to Approve Professional Services Agreement between Sandoval County and Mick Rich Contractors in the amount of $89,541.85 for the design and construction of a new Exhibit Hall Canopy which will be located on the County Fairgrounds in Cuba and Authorize the County Manager Approval of all Subsequent Amendments.
C. Request for a Motion to Approve Professional Service Agreement between Sandoval County and American Fence Company in the amount of $149,788.15 to install approximately 1500’ of institutional grade fencing around the perimeter of the jail and around the extended staff parking area and Authorize the County Manager Approval of all Subsequent Amendments.
D. Request for a Motion to Approve Professional Agreement between Sandoval County and B&D Industries Inc in the amount of $946,393.29 for the design, demolition, and construction of the 30 showers, 125 sink valves, and 125 toilet valves in the West PODS of SCDC and to authorize County Manager to sign any subsequent amendments.
E. Request for a Motion to Approve Sandoval County as fiscal agent on behalf of R4 Robotics for any capital funds received during the 2023 Legislative Session.
