Resolution No. 8-24-22.10B declares the Commission’s intent to consider for adoption an ordinance confirming and acknowledging that gross receipt taxes reported under NMSA 7-20e-9 that were originally designated as first one-eighth gross receipts tax increment and second one-eighth gross receipts tax increment have been commingled pursuant to changes in tax laws effective July 1, 019 (chapter 274, 2019) and confirming that amounts attributable to the first one-eighth gross receipt tax increment as repealed Band modified by Chapter 274, 2019 and Chapter 80, 2020 (and other available resources as applicable) may be used as the revenue pledge for the 2016 gross receipts tax refunding bond and other bonds, including the 2021b loan, as applicable and as permitted by law; directing the County Manger and County Clerk to publish notice of intent to consider an ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation within the county.
