OFFICE OF THE COUNTY MANAGER In the matter regarding waste disposal rates and services at the Sandoval County Landfill staff requests one of the following: 1. Motion to terminate existing contracts with Universal Waste Services (UWS) for hauling, curbside pickup, and transfer station operation. 2. Direct the County Manager to impose rates as approved by the Board of County Commissioners for all waste hauling companies for both in-county and out-of-county waste. 3. Direct the County Manager to impose out-of-county disposal rates as approved by the Board of County Commissioners for all waste hauling companies.
Request for a Motion to Approve the 2021 Settlement Agreement between the Rio Metro Regional Transit District and the County of Sandoval and recind the December 10th approval of the original RMRTD settlement agreement
