A. Approval of Minutes from the Board of Finance Meeting of May 21, 2020 Approval of Minutes from the Regular Board of County Commission Meeting of May 21, 2020 B. Approval of the following Budget Resolution: (1) No. 6-4-20.8B(1) / Debt Service Account and General Fund Account Budgets / Transfer Required for June 2020 Debt Service Payment for PILT Revenue Loan C. Approval of the 2020-2021 Professional Services Agreement with Jemez Pueblo EMS. This contract is an annual contract we have with the pueblo to provide EMS services to county regions of the Jemez coordinator. D. Approval of OSAP Falling Colors Grant Agreement between Sandoval County and BHSD (Behavioral Health Services Division) for FY21 / $119,748.00 and Authorization for the County Manager to approve all subsequent Amendments. E. Approval of COVID-19 CARES Emergency Award Agreement to Community Services Senior Programs for the provision of Family Caregiver, Nutrition, and Support Services to Sandoval County Seniors / $145,482.56 and Authorize the County Manager to Approve All Subsequent Amendments. F. Approval of DETOX Grant Agreement (Program No. 21-X-G-26) between Sandoval County and the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration, for FY 21 / $150,000.00 and Authorization for the County Manager to approve all subsequent Amendments. G. Approval of DWI Funding Grant Agreement (Program No. 21-D-G-26) between Sandoval County and the State of New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration for FY 2020-2021 / $300,000.00 and Authorization for the County Manager to approve all subsequent Amendments.
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY MANAGER (Dianne Maes, County Manager and Rob Burpo, County Financial Advisor) Request for a Motion to Approve Resolution No. 6-4-20.9 Authorizing and Approving a lease agreement by and between Sandoval County and AMIKids Sandoval, Inc. and submission of a completed application for approval of the lease agreement to the New Mexico Board of Finance.
FIRE DEPARTMENT (Eric Masterson, Fire Chief) Request for a Motion to Approve Sandoval County's Pandemic Policy taking effect June 8, 2020. The pandemic policy was developed by the Office of Emergency Management in coordination with personnel from a County designated Task Force.
